Rates & Insurance
Therapy is an investment in yourself and in your relationships. That’s why I believe in being transparent and upfront about my rates.
I typically see individuals once weekly for a 50-minute session and couples every-other-week for an 80-minute session. Based on your specific needs, I may be able to accommodate other frequencies and session formats.
Individual Sessions
$185 per 50-minute session
Couples Sessions
$275 per 80-minute session

Insurance
I am not currently paneled with any insurance companies due to the limitations in mental health coverage.
I am happy to provide superbills for out-of-network coverage with PPO plans. Plans vary greatly, but I can help you determine if you’re eligible for out-of-network mental health coverage through your provider.

I have availability Monday-Friday during the day, as well as some some evenings. I offer in-person sessions at my office in Redondo Beach, CA or video sessions through a secure telehealth platform.

However long you need or want it to. Therapy isn’t one-on-size-fits-all, so the length of treatment will depend on your specific goals. Most people start seeing results after 3-6 months.

We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy and what you hope to get out of it. I’ll answer any questions you have about me, my approach, or the therapy process. And if it feels like a good fit, we’ll schedule your intake session.
We’ll continue the conversation during your intake session. I’ll spend some time getting to know you, we’ll discuss your goals, and we’ll make a plan for therapy.
We’ll meet regularly (weekly for individual therapy / every-other-week for couples therapy) until you’ve met your goals, improved your mental health, and have new tools in place to cope with future challenges or stressors.
